Our return and exchange policy allows for returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your parcel. To qualify, you must ship the item(s) back within this 7-day timeframe.
For example:
If your order is delivered on October 1st, the return must be shipped by October 7th.
Contacting us on the 7th day but sending the parcel on the 8th will render your return/exchange ineligible.

All items purchased on sale are final and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Items must be returned in original packaging, with tags intact, and without any damage.
Returns or exchanges will only be processed after inspection by our team upon receipt.
